Re: Filk challenge
Maybe "Old McDonald."
Old Jon Archer had a ship
E i e i o
And on that ship he flew around
E i e i o
With the warp drive here and the impulse there
E i e i o
Warp drive, impulse, all around the quadrant
E i e i o
Trip Tucker was Chief Engineer
E i e i o
He kept the ship together
E i e i o
And once he got pregnant
E i e i o
He didn't know it'd happen, and wow! the Klingons laughed
E i e i o

Re: Filk challenge
It just dawned on me that when I learned "On Top Of Spagetti" to the tune of "On Top of Old Smokey" - that was filk.
It's flavored with passionfruit
an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?

Muahahahaha! I just beat you to "Pink Pajamas"! And it's not so "relatively clean" anymore
Nothing on at all
I swear y'all are a bad influence. Like seriously what am I gonna write next, a filk titled "The Adventures of T'Pol and Her Vibrating Alarm Clock"??

^ Heh. People tend to have that kinda reaction to my fanworks. Like BnB's reaction to the picture of Mitchell in the catsuit, or TJ's (from TrekBBS) reaction to the picture of Fat Riker (TM)

Too bad I can't post a midi file on FanLib. It's much funner with the music
Honestly though, I have like totally no idea where that came from. I mean I read "Pink Pajamas" last night so when I woke up this morning it was stuck in my head, then like 10 minutes later I had the "Nothing on at all" filk in my head I don't know... songs in my head kinda tend to just filk themselves

I know a lot of altered lyrics to "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" but since they're in Swedish they would mean squat to you all...
