Rigil Kent wrote:I can't really get into it. That's not your fault, mind you, but rather the constraints of what you had to work with. I'd have much rather read the resolution to the Borged out Guardian. What they gave you to work with this time is, frankly, pedestrian and really boring.

It's well written though.

Laughing Thanks, Rigil. I appreciate you taking the time to tell me what you think. Cool

T'Poptarts, you could do the "Spock and Data Show"...only I'm not sure it's possible to do musical comedy with TWO straight-men! Guess Riker would have to be the comedy relief. Laughing

Kirk vs. Picard? Could someone enlighten those few (or one) of us who are out of the loop? Maybe I should just go back to page one and find out myself.

Okay, I see now. Thanks. I was just curious. I could never write for Kirk since I never actually watched TOS. Shock I can't even imagine trying to write in screenplay format. That has to be a tad strange. Good luck with it.

Screenplay format drives me nuts...but it's a challenge, and I'm a sucker for challenges. Thanks for the luck. I need all the help I can get.

For me, getting handed a screenplay to read instead of a story is like being invited over for dinner and getting handed a 3x5 card with a recipe for Eggplant Parmgiano and then a few minutes later, getting another one with the recipe for apple pie. Somehow, I leave the table, and those cards just didn't fill me up.

Just IMO, of course.

Well I'm an actress so I read screenplays a lot, you're right it's not the same as reading like a prose story but it lets me take part in the creation of the character Mr. Green

The next round's the last one, Bether.

T'Poptarts, the finalists are all decent, I guess. One guy can't tell the difference between "it's" and "its", but a lot of people make that mistake. It aggravates me, but I doubt anyone else will notice (except maybe tribblemaker, the one who likes my correct grammar so much. Cool ) The stories are very similar. I gave rjb the top vote because he's got them cooperating instead of at each other's throats.
