Re: Rigil Kent
Sorry for the previous misspelling. Did not see it until I came back for possible answer.

Rigid Kent
Does anyone know what happened to Rigil Kent website featuring the wonderful Endeavour series? Periodically I would re-read the series at House of Tucker, fanfiction, here, or its home webpage. Even Google does not have a listing for it any longer. So what happened?

Star Trek Day 2020
Has anyone else seen the Star Trek panel discussions hosted by Wil Wheaton and sponsored by CBS All Access on Youtube? I just saw the Star Trek: Enterprise one. Everybody showed up for it except Jolene Blalock.

Asso,
Glad you are all right. When I heard of the severity of the pandemic in Italy, I prayed for your wellness.
Will checkout your stories overthere.

Re: Anyone Still On Here?
Yes, I still glance in here once in awhile. How is everyone? I hope everyone is hunkering down with a good Trip and T'Pol story SAFELY. Also, this question should probably be in a separate link on its own but I forgot how to start one so I thought this would be quicker and maybe more people would no...

Re: As a reader % drives me nuts!
Dinah and others... Believe me, it was not meant to make you feel guilty or to pressure you but I'm one of those readers who literally check everyday for stories that I read. So when y'all post a chapter, maybe you could include a note sentence something like the next one is still in your head or it...

Re: As a reader % drives me nuts!
If you prefer the standard English to gain the most readership, then what do you think of the audiobooks today where one voice tries to play all the characters of the books in fiction. Does it irritate you or (takes you out of the story) when a male voice plays the female character or vice-versa? Fr...

Re: Does Trip ever call Archer "Jon"?
I could be wrong, of course, and especially since I've never seen all the episdoes to this day. My impression is that Trip would have thought it would have been disrespectful for him to use Jon's first name.

Re: As a reader % drives me nuts!
I would have to agree with the last two posts on this subject. As Transwarp said, it really is the cadence of speech and turn of phrase that make a character interesting. Also what the other characters think of him/her. Believe it or not, my two favorite characters on Enterprise in the beginning of ...

Re: As a reader % drives me nuts!
I sorry but I would have to disagree with y'all about Trip's accent. When I read the accent in fanfiction, I hear the true Southern accent in my head, not the twangy Hollywood version. True Southern accent is slow as molasses and creamy as fresh milk. I also apologize that I can't give you an exampl...

Re: Your other fandoms & 'ships?
I don't really watch enough tv or movies to actually follow fandoms and 'ships. In fact, it was the reverse for why I actually started to read Edward and Bella of Twilight. At that time, Trip/T'Pol fanfiction was drying up drastically, I was going through withdrawal so I decided to see what the fuss...

Re: As a reader % drives me nuts!
Haha!! Lots of them. How long do you have? In this particular fandom, writers simply do not know the difference between the words meditation and mediation. T'Pol meditates a lot but she rarely mediates between two groups in conflict. I'm always game for a well-written story if the spelling and gramm...
