John, I have a question. When I print a copy of my story, why does it not show your logo at the top? It did with my first story. I've tried everything I know to make it work, to no avail.

I tried again. It accepts my 'log in'; but when it goes to the next page, it switches back to the 'log in' page. I don't understand. Nothing negative has ever been said about anything I've printed; so I don't believe that's the problem. I'm totally in the dark. Any suggestions?
