I grab this chance.
I, too, am waiting for, like you. But not only for "Reflecting To You".
I am waiting also for "Whether You Fall". Please, if you can, tell me something of it. :)
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

neat illustration of her excellent story, Asso!

************************edit:

Um, uh-oh. I just got a potentially hugely-time-wasting idea. What if we had like a thread or a challenge where people find art that illustrates fics on the site? It could be like The Wait above or it could be some freaky Picasso shite.

The Forgotten Time?

hmmmmm.....? anyone?

Yeah! But argh! But still no meeting with Trip or T'Pol! ;)

To Misanthropic: I don't think MU T'Pol needs to tell anyone the whole history of the MU. All they really need to know is that it's a very dark and dangerous place - not a very nice place to live. T'Pol and or Trip could even mindmeld with her and learn everything they need to.

I'll be interested to see who she establishes the strongest connection to in the Real-U. My guess would be Trip, but I'm curious to see how she reacts to a compassionate Trip who cares about her, as opposed to the damaged and bitter man she's used to.

Also, keep in mind that if this is post her experience with the future Defiant, MU T'Pol might already know about this Trip and T'Pol's history from its computer database.

this is a very crafty tale in a place where every tale has been told!

Vader: "Noooooo!"

I agree with the others, I don't think you need to summarize the history of the MU. Instead, it might be better to summarize MU T'Pol's telling of it, and even then it's not like she's going to tell them everything. Why would she? She doesn't know who these people are. ;)

zane in this story i dont think she had a chance to read the database that much.
this isnt following the episode.
if she had read it she would have possibly recognized the ru phlox.
and the less amount of explanation might be best.
the original had very little.

I think you're right!. Aside from telling them that she is from an alternate reality and was forced by the captain to fix whatever was damaged, the rest of the details would be better served if it came out naturally as she interacts with the crew.

Who do you think Phlox is refering to when he says a senior officer needs to listen to her at the end of the scene? Archer, I think so that the meet and greet with Trip or T'Pol will probably be delayed longer, may be at least one more chapter? :(

If its one thing I know, this author knows how to drag out the tension like a finely tuned instrument of your choice.

Can't wait for the next chapter or two.

Yeah. Just put something like:

"Dull thuds reverberated all over the place as jaws dropped throughout the room. T'Pol noted a chorus of dull and glassy stares while her explanation droned on, wondering if she was actually inflicting brain damage on these Humans, or if they were merely giving a brilliant imitation of mesmerized gerbils. In any case, by the time she finished telling them about the empire, her ship, and all of their alternate selves, drool had pooled onto every boot in the place and spread out to form a tiny lake on the floor. She distastefully dropped a blanket off the bed to soak up the worst of it before tip-toeing over to the doorway and letting herself out into the corridor. Surely there was something to eat around here."

  I like it! I could definitely see Phlox as a gerbil.

Always practical, T'Pol would see the importance of sustenance.
