Well, if you really wanna go there, there's "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails, "Animals" by Nickelback, "Control" by Puddle of Mudd, and "Rough Sex" by the Lords of Acid.

I kinda like "Paralyzer" by Finger Eleven for the MU hot scenes. (I don't do smut, but I do everything else, I tell ya!)

There is a song on one of my New Age Pagan albums with a line which goes "If I touch you, I will know you." It is a very haunting piece. I can imagine a Vulcan writing that song. Maybe a Vulcan did write it, LOL. :vulcan: Anyway, that song can get me into a Vulcan mood.
Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.

For getting the sexy vibe going: "I Feel You" by Depeche Mode. If it's Mirror Universe, "Master and Servant" by same. :D There a few more, but that'll have to wait until I untangle my iPod from the bottom of the suitcase.

Perfect choices! EntAllat - I would suggest Black Celebration for the post-coital MU cuddling.

Oh, Depeche Mode is AWESOME for the sexy stuff. I'd add "I Want You Now" and "Stripped" to that list--and for MU, I'd add "Strangelove".

Some how, I just had a great vision of RU TnT having sex to "Route 66".

OK this isn't a sex song, but I think it kind of sums up the relationship after Bound and if *the_abomination* didn't exist Terra Prime, It's "I Need You" sung by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Although I guess "Let's Make Love" could work on Trip's side.

For writing Cool Vulcan Mojo (tm), I often like the music of New Age artist Andreas Vollenweider--like *all* of his "Down to the Moon" album, and most of "The White Winds."

Celtic Woman for me... Particularly "I Am The Voice" it helps for Jedi Mojo too (that's what I originally used it for). There is just something beyond the realm of something about that song. I don't really know how to explain it.

Thought I'd share a few of Vollenweider's songs. They sort of seem to begin and end abruptly, because on the album one just kind of goes into the next. I like this stuff because primitive meets sophisticated, mysterious meets high-tech. For me, it's great for those moments where mysticism meets romance. Even if it doesn't remind you of Vulcan mysticism, it's still beautiful stuff worth trying out.
