What I like about this story, and all Alelou's stories, is how close they are to canon. You made Koss's seemingly contradictory actions between Home and the Vulcan trilogy make sense! Very impressive.

Good story! Koss actions do seem to make sense, he comes off as sympathetic but also like a guy who is ruled by iron logic and politics of Vulcan. Strange combination, but it works.

She and Trip both have hair issues. Trip must get highlights every other week. In Augments he's practically a peroxide blond. But who does his hair for him? Malcolm? Maybe Barber should be as important as Chef.

Oh, yeah, you should. Never realized they had hair issues, but now that you guys mention it...yeah, what's up with that????

I thought that was just gook from the yucky alien in the cargo hold.

My kid and I watched Broken Bow the other night and thought -- hey, not bad. And I was looking at the list of episodes and thinking, hey, the first season wasn't THAT bad. Then we watched Fight or Flight and OMG what a piece of crap it was. They were assassinating their own characters before they'd even gotten past the second episode! Hoshi was a whining baby. Archer was a whining baby. Phlox was creepy. Suddenly I understood completely why there are so many Enterprise restarts.
