I just find it interesting that your Romulan, Chulak, has the same name as Teal'c's homeworld in SG1... Laughing

But yes, you've got the creepy, evil (yet honorable) mastermind bit down pat, Rigil. Can't wait to see what happens next. Smile
Was this the army that invaded your country, ma'am? No, officer, they were taller than that...

How about this one? I'm not sure--get them to march up and down a bit...

Rigil love your stuff. I like having Rommies as well I thought they are much better than the Klingon lovefest that most of new Trek consists of. I still think that Milo Ventimiglia would make an excellent Romulan as well.

Blame Voyager.

Creepy? Evil? He's misunderstood! Cool

Heh. Maybe he can be D'deridex's whiny brother. Laughing

Heh, you made a slight error there... Raspberry

First you wrote:

Donning the uniform of a cargo inspection officer stolen from a wall locker, he skirted the third team's notice and very nearly walked into the hands of the fourth.

And after that you wrote:

No one appeared to give him a second thought as he strode through the streets, despite the fact that his clothes clearly marked him as an offworlder.

Otherwise it was nice to see what happened to Soval, and how he learned about the Vulcan/Romulan connection. Thumbs Up

I see you mentioned T'Sai, the Kolinahr mistress from TMP. Cool! Cool

I wonder about Tavaris. If he's addicted to learning, wouldn't that cause his brain to "explode". After all, there should be a limit as to how much information that could be stored there?

How is that an error? He was on Vulcan and he stole a Vulcan cargo inspector's uniform ... and now he's on Coridan. So ... his clothes still mark him as an offworlder.

What? No accusations of fanwank? Raspberry

Well, he's a Vulcan. They have super brains.

I assumed that it was a Coridan cargo inspector's uniform. They're on Cordian and Vulcan inspectors would be on Vulcan, not Coridan. Why would Vulcans inspect cargo on Coridan. That would be the job for Coridan authorities.

Unless you mean that Vulcans still control much on what goes on on Coridan, including their customs service, which, after T'Pau's little revolution, shouldn't be the case.

Or was the description of Soval ducking persuers something that happened on Vulcan? I think that come of as a little unclear if it was on Vulcan or on Coridan! You changed perspective from Coridan to Vulcan to Coridan to... which made the sequence events a tad murky.

Dunno

Yeah ... it was supposed to basically be reflection into what happened on Vulcan. Let me look into revising it somewhat ...

So, krn, "Burdened With Knowledge Soval"?

heh. didn't realize my action figures were such a hit. Smile my brain's been busy figuring out T'Pol's variation on 'Disease'; I know the angle, but I'm working on the right set of adjectives. Guess I need to light some inscense to channel MU T'Pol (channeling MU Trip was much easier).

I *have* been keeping up with Grendel though - nice to catch up with characters that have been out of the loop for a bit - Hoshi, Soval, COB. So, you ever gonna fill us in on Hess? Ya know you can only yank on our chain for so long, right? If you take much longer, I'm gonna have to go to Oklahoma myself and beat it out of you... oo, MU T'Pol, is that you? Humm... must go try to write now.....

Good chapter. I really like the idea of this crazy virus causing him to be addicted to learning. I've never heard of anything like it. And I was wondering what Soval was up to.

Nice to see Soval appearing in your latest chapter. I wonder why T'Pau wants him arrested. I like the fact That he's on Coridian hiding out with a friend from when he was with Vulcan Intelligence and knowing about Romulan battle tatics is interesting. Also why is T'Pau so determined to have him arrested. And that mentio of children seems like we got more questions than answers.

OK, without reading this thread and possible spoilers, where do I go to get more "Endeavour: Acheron"? And why does it take longer to come to Triaxian Silk?
