We need more ENT inspirational posters

I love dictionaries although I remember I had an incedent with one at age seven. I was skimming along the S section (yes willingly for fun in the 2nd grade) and I came across the word Shitkicker... I swear it's not what it sounds like. Anyway did that cause a ruckus I demanded to know why I couldn't use that word in all of its forms when Poppy and Ma (grandparents) did, and it didn't mean anything very bad. Well that got me a LONG lecture on how the word isn't bad but how you use it is, and I was NEVER to speak like that or face the consquences. Even now if I slip up I get in trouble. Which is a good thing, but boy that was some day...

Hey we need a poster of Hoshi pouring over some text with a witty barb about words and her job. Preferrably at the expence of someone else like : Malcolm, Archer or T'Pol.

Oh yeah. I used to teach. All the tests and handouts, plus the school's literary magazine, all on mimeograph. I can still see the kids bending down to sniff the fumes off the paper....

LOL, I can STILL hear that mimeograph machine: thump, thump, thump. As I kid I tried to stay well away from it as I thought it might be possible to get high on the smell of that ink.

Funny thing is that the smell sticks! I remember some years ago when I rummaged through some of my old school stuff that's locked away in storage, and I could still smell some of those papers even after 10-15 years. I wonder if they still smell!?

Mmm . . . fresh handouts. I've even used a mimeograph machine to make my own handouts. I can't remember why or where I would have had to do that.

I remember those handouts, they gave me a migrane, and then they expected me to do math my worst subject on a GREAT day. This little girl used to get ticked off.
