I'm sneaking on to post the first chapter of a new work which gets quite violent and explicit and includes rape -- and potentially controversial rape at that. It takes awhile to get nasty, but there's no 'clean' version in the works at this time, so please don't even start it unless you can cope. It's also a work in progress, (although I have 100 pages in the bank), so that's a second warning.

For any hardy souls left, I hope you'll enjoy The Locum - Chapter One (NC-17), by moi.

And here's the beginning of an exciting new work by Escriba: Beyond Death, Part One.

Such a feast lately! There's so much I can't keep up and get ready for Christmas at the same time.

I couldn't quite find the thread or posts I was looking for...is this one I was waiting to read until I saw "Similutde" first? I just saw it today for the first time (yes, the cosmic joke that was standing between me and this episode is OVER, and I have finally seen EVERY SINGLE EPISODE of Enterprise!) and after I watch it again (so I can pick it apart for subtleties and other things I missed while watching the first time) I'd like to read the story in question.

Escriba's "Beyond Death" ranks as one of my all time favorites. It's "just right" in so many ways.

Alelou's new NC-17 story is compelling reading and it sure is different! (Different than any other Trip and T'Pol story I have ever read, although it's reminiscent of several famous sci fi stories and one historical novel I've read.) I better not say which ones and give away the plot twists. Ahh . . . its VERY dark, but also exciting, unpredictable, and realistic. I encourage those readers not easily rattled by disturbing explicit themes to proceed. YIKES! Because the story seems to be going somewhere. RIGHT? Alelou?

? Well, yeah, I certainly hope so. <Does this mean you're wondering how come I haven't shipped you more chapters to read? I had to tear up the last three and start over. Certain characters were sitting around talking too much, so I had to go back and kick the plot in the butt.>

Another (short) chapter is up: The Locum - Chapter Two (NC-17)

Although this chapter is fairly mild, this story requires a heavy NC-17 warning for explicit sex and violence including rape. It's also still a work in progress, although I'm pretty far along at this point.
