I'd have to find the German screenshot site that has a lot more shots of TnT in the decon chamber than trekcore does. And I think I'm still not going to go there. I'm surprised the show didn't edit that shot out, frankly. It's kind of like ... whoah, nellie ... that's more than just ACTING....

Okay, now I've talked it up so much you're going to be disappointed with the actual shot. Just take your danged DVDs or whatever out and run the infamous decon chamber scene slowly and watch for evidence of incipient perkiness on an obviously healthy young Mr. Trinneer when he has his back turned to our heroine. It's there. Nothing like some of the perkiness you'll read about in fanfic, so it's not really worth getting all hot and bothered about, believe me. I still can't believe they used the shot. All I can say is those two definitely DID have some chemistry!

I don't really care for that decon scene, actually. It feels icky and obvious and out of place. It could have been really smoldering, but they overdid it with the cinematography and editing and turned it into this weird soft porn interlude in the midst of a Star Trek episode.

Yes, shame on me. I should respect people's privacy. Sorry . . . Yes, I can remember being truely SHOCKED at that decon scene. And they were actually carrying on a conversation meant to move the plot forward. Unfortunately normal people's brains shut down watching stuff like that. What did they say? REWIND. I still didn't catch that. REWIND. LOL
