I have yet to figure out how to best use twitter but for those who follow folks CT has a new account and I believe it's real as he's following his wife's account.

Cute! I don't have the nerve to "follow" him and I don't tweet anyway, but can we check ocasionally to see if he puts up what he's working on without officially "following" him?

Yes if you keep the link to his twitter account then you can pop in and check whenever you want. Just not sure why you're hesitant to follow him.

Let's all do it. I don't even twitter. But we should all sign up for special twitter accts with the same name as our tris names, and follow all the trek people. >:^)

I find the whole concept of Twitter creepy. Do I really need to know who ate tuna salad for lunch? We need a smiley for scared out of my mind.

Don't know what 'normal' is and gave up caring a long time ago. And what's creepy about following someone on twitter as that is what the point of it is although I do agree I could care less about mundane details of someone's day to day life but the highlights or just keeping in touch with friends and fans seems like a good use for it.
