Among my family and friends, there are several heard this time of year, most often one coined by my nephew when scare more than a tot:
"To the toast!"
One from Ezra Pound:
"May all my enemies go to Hell,
Noel, Noel, noel, Noel"
And from John Lennon:
"Haddy Kringle, Randoob!"
And from Christopher Fry (sort of):
"Geese on Earth, and good tall women!"

Here's an Irish Christmas toast I found.

"May peace and plenty be the first to lift the latch on your door, and happiness be guided to your home by the candle of Christmas."

“To us, to Earth, to our families and to our friends. To our journey. To Enterprise!”

And don't forget the other planets:
