Help! I have read hundreds of Enterprise fanfics and I am rereading some of my favs while I wait unpatiently for them to be updated. I remember reading a fanfic about Trip and Archer on a planet and Archer mistakenly steps on a flower and gets sentenced to die. Trip takes the punishment instead and serves 5 years in the planets mines. He befriends his guard and adopts a blind child from the planet. Does anyone remember the name and or author of this fanfic?

IDK but that sounds pretty cool.

That's "Fragile Universe" by Alison M. Dobell. It's at HoT, and there's probably someone who's more computer savvy than me who can provide a link. It's is an excellent story.

Sound's like "Fragile Universe" By Allison M. Dobell. She wrote so many stories it's daunting to keep track of them all. Great stories; epic and poetical. Like reading the Aeneid or Gilgamesh.

I fun way to get into the swing of things is to click on "active topics." (In the upper left hand corner under "new messages"). Some of our group are at a Star Trek convention at this moment, "Fedcon," and have pictures up of themselves with Connor and John Billingsly and others.

I'm going to use this thread so I don't create a new one with same name. I have been trying to find a fic for a friend all day and need help.

The scene related to me is TnT at a Starfleet function. Their fed up with the reaction to them as a couple and enter dressed to the nines, fingers touching, and dare anyone to say anything. Then all hell breaks loose.

I think it's a series where another ship goes after Xindi, Enterprise comes to their rescue, Hoshi dies, and they go back to Earth.

Thanks for any help getting this out of my head.

I think MissAnnThropic's Cry Havoc is the one where I don't think we have the whole story here on this site yet (it's in progress for us), but fanfic.net already has it.

I could be wrong. Seems to me I've read a number of scenes like that. HopefulRomantic perhaps is one of the writers to take this on?

weird. hadn't read this thread before.... and yet just today, I pm'd Distracted about the Jun 08 non-con, and then I see this thread for the 1st time and there's a mention of us 3 at the con!

I was just telling Dis that, tho it was cancelled, I sure had a great time meeting her and Elessar.
