Dis, yes ou are right:

When told to take a partner Trip was next to t'Pol but he walked over to amanda and chose her.
She slapped him on the butt as a friendly gesture

T'Pol was Tunned because Trip did not object to the slap but seemed to like it

Heh. T'Pol's reaction in that scene struck me as more royally pissed off than disappointed, but everyone's entitled to their own interpretation.

Maybe this one will be a little harder to guess. Probably not. My thought processes tend toward the straightforward and obvious.
