Hi Allison, the challenge in this thread is to guess who the drabbles are about. It's something I'm proving very bad at, although Distracted, WarpGirl, Panyasan always seem to find it ridiculously easy. Why is it that all you girls are so good at this?

I'd encourage you to join in the challenge and have a go at guessing who the drabbles are about. First to guess it right gets to write the next one!

How did that comment slip out? That idiotic comment! And the look she gave me. Priceless! I get that look a lot; she must think all my comments are idiotic. Can’t help myself though, fun gettin’ a rise out of her. At least I think it’s a rise, hard to tell. What did the Cap’n say, “no sense of humor, always complaining”. Would’ve been funny under different circumstances.

What is it about her that gets to me so? Little by little, she’s under my skin.

A transport vessel huh?! Could be just what we need.

That's great! I'm a fly on the wall. Who am I listening to? Well I'm pretty sure that's TnT. (Although I've been pretty sure in the past, and still wrong.) But what was the comment? Archer's line I think identifies one of the episodes, and from that I ought to be able to recognise Trip's idiotic comment. But what was it? I don't know yet, but I'm determined to figure it out.

The Episode that Archers line was taken from was the on ewhere the Ferengi put that container on a surface. trip brought it back on board, if went off and put everyone to sleep but Trip. He and T'Pol saved the ship. but fo rthe life of me cannot remember the title of the episode. Aquisition that is the name of the Episode.

So it is T'Pol the speaker si referring to and I guess it is Trip but it may be malcom. who knows.

I'm just guessing... Fight or Flight??????? As for the comment. I remember one about T'Pol and chopsticks but I can't remember one about coffee? It may have been an episode I missed...

Episode One: Acquisition. Correct! The Captain made that comment about T’Pol to dissuade the Ferengi from taking her for himself.

Episode Two: Oasis (Season 1). The Captain, T’Pol, Trip, and a keen featured Alien Trader named Demar – who lovvvved coffee - and who told them about the Transport Vessel that crash landed on the planet with a load of supplies. It turned out to be a ghost (hologram filled) ship of sorts. BTW Trip ended up romancing yet another alien female – is he this series' Kirk or what!?

Who is reminiscing?: Trip! Thinking back to the comment he made to T’Pol, that I imaged he might want to take back - based on T’Pol’s reaction/non-reaction. It might have given away his fledgling feelings for her.

What was the comment: “I bet you’d look good in Triaxian Silk”

I might need to retool my approach to "Guess Who" Drabble. Who's next? Open field!

No, this was brilliant, exactly what this thread calls for.

I had got as far as Acquisition but I hadn't placed the other episode - actually I was leaning towards precious cargo. And I was nowhere near the "Triaxian Silk" comment. Although now you point it out, I'm astonished that nobody has 'drabbled' about that yet. As usual with the best ideas, it seems so obvious now you have pointed it out. Well done!
