Since people took exception to my hermit limerick, I hereby submit a PG-rated one and challenge people to join in

All the limericks are great
but this one is especially sweet. Wish I could try to write a limerick, but I am cooking (Italian dish!) and interacting with my family, while I am also reading this thread.Love is a verb.

Distracted and the other Moderators have the right to decide what is going too far and what is not. The rest of us promised to follow the rules when we registered on this site. If anybody has a question or a problem with that they should PM sombody in charge.
That said, no limericks do not have to be "a little racy" in order to be limericks. A limerick can be about anything as long as it has the sentence structure of a limerick. It could be about kittens and rainbows if that is what you want.
