Do you still see the void?

If you do then try uninstalling the plugin from IE or Control Panel and then go back to that page and it should prompt you to reinstall.

If you don't see the void then you browser/computer is clearly anti-TnT and should be destroyed in case it's an Archer/T'Pol shipper!

I don't want to bother you, but...
if I press your link, it says I already downloaded and plugg in before. But no where it says where to unplugg it. I can't find anything in my user control panel on this site or did you mention another control panel. If so, where can I find that control panel?

Ok... did a little google search: http://earth.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=178389

That tells you at the bottom how to remove the plugin. Once you've done that, reboot your machine and then try and reinstall it.
