Front Page Chapter Glitch

I recently posted Chapter 5 of Misplaced's story Relfections of Another Universe.

I did everything normally, but Chapter 4 is appearing at the top of the page but you click through to Chapter Five.

This bug has happened more than once. So I think it warrants a look into the sources.
