Nope! No work at all. Just feed that baby! One of the thinest times of my life was about six months after I had my first. They suck all the calories right out of you. You're looking great in the BEFORE and AFTER!!!! :thumbsup:

That wasn't my experience. As long as I was still breastfeeding an extra ten pounds so just sat there as if it just dared me to try to do without it. Once I stopped breastfeeding it finally melted away.

I'm WAY no longer breastfeeding, but that extra ten has reappeared and seems JUST as stubborn, even after months now of doing free weights and crunches. :shock: :lol:

I also have fewer colds, though, so I think I might just make peace with it. Let's pretend I was underweight before. At my age naked close-ups are unlikely to be required, and I don't plan to ever try to wear a MuPol costume.
