heh... My horse could open her stall door and let herself and the other horses out.
I did not teach her this....she just up and one day did it.

It shocked me.
Had to start putting pad locks on the stalls to keep her from doing it.
Straining fences....not normally...but they will do so if they are alone and they want to be around other horses. Most of the time though they don't even bother and will jump it.
The stepping on thing though is true. *nods*
Animals are strange beasts though.
