The suits are part of their act, being nice uniform customes. I have no idea what the song is about, but according to their website the group’s mission is to prompt reflection contemporary society, working styles, global culture, and images of modern Japan , which it's clear in the video.

The song is kinda catchy but the performance that goes with it is oddly compelling! YouTube took me to another video showing the same act in New York (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDOPNLzEFH0) where they got much the same reaction. Had to chuckle at 4:24!

Thank you, I agree on all counts!

I have to say that modern dance isn't my forte either (I was more in my element when he was doing Ballroom and Latin), but even I can see the beauty in this piece.
