"As a result this region, which is located at 12 degrees north and 285 degrees east and covers an area 225 x 95 kilometres, is one of the most fascinating yet imaged by Mars Express, which creates three-dimensional images of the terrain using its High Resolution Stereo Camera."
So true! :)
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

So a relatively well-known "hoax" of sorts, that geeks like us like to perpetrate on the rest of the world,
is the dihydrogen monoxide fear mongering hoax.

Dihydrogen monoxide, is of course, H2O, or water.

Here's a good fake-fear-mongering dihydrogen website:

http://www.dhmo.org/facts.html

...that even talks about getting people to agree that it should be banned and stuff.

It really sounds terrible as you read the list of "DHMO"'s dangers: fatal when inhaled, etc. :)

So, as a joke at work once, Priso labelled this big water jar:
Image

And it ACTUALLY CAUSED A BIG SCURRY OF INQUIRY INTO THIS "DANGEROUS" JAR OF CRAZY "CHEMICALS" WITH ALL THE HYDROGENS AND THE OXIDES....OOOOHHHHHH! SCARY STUFF. Priso laughed and laughed at them. Half of them are, like, engineers too. Morons. :guffaw:

Really goes to show how easy it is to spread feeeeear these days.
