I haven't checked this thread for a while, JadziaKathryn, so just saw the posts about your significant feline.
Frankazoid and I are also petitioning the Universe on your kitty's behalf.

It's flavored with passionfruit
an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?

Re: Randomness

But I think When Harry Met Sally is pure genius when it comes to relationships.

Here's one of my pet peeves about romances, comedic or not: Men who are astonishingly prescient and sensitive about giving the perfect gift. I'd like to meet one of these men, because I don't think they exist. I literally pointed my husband to a LIST on AMAZON this year, and he's still saying, "But I don't know what to get you for Christmas."
OMG, ANOTHER new chapter! NORTH STAR Chapter 28

Re: Randomness
They had to do an actual study to figure this out?
Seriously, this is why I've never really been a chick-flick kind of girl. I guess I do believe in true love, but not like that.
Give me space ships, car chases, and explosions over that any time.
Re: Randomness
Never watch much romantic movies and a perfect, sensitive guy is just YIKES....

Love is a verb.

Re: Randomness
Well, tomorrow I'm going to drive to my parents' place for Christmas, and since their computer is a bit wonky I'm not sure if I'll be able to peek into here until I get back home (probably next Sunday).
In any case I wish you all a very Swedish

Re: Randomness
The secret to a happy love life: lower expectations.
Actually that works for life in general.

Yes, Merry Christmas and Safe Driving.
And I have to agree about the lower expectations.

Re: Randomness
Well, my cousin's husband emailed a link asking if he thought my cousin would like the bracelet he bought her on eBay, and I was astonished. It's really her kind of thing, and he found it all on his own.Alelou wrote:Here's one of my pet peeves about romances, comedic or not: Men who are astonishingly prescient and sensitive about giving the perfect gift. I'm back in the cold dark north, seriously reconsidering my plan to stay in northern New England after graduation. A week ago I was on a cruise ship in the Caribbean... *sigh* And now I spent an hour attempting to keep my car from being turned into a giant snowbank. The snow was piling up faster than I could move it!
At least my cat is doing better, and eating lots.

Re: Randomness
I'm officially getting that feeling again. Writing is a weird thing for me. It's some need I have to purge positive feelings or something. So I feel like I want to write something pretty, but I'm not sure if I can still do it for Trip and T'Pol.
It's been so long. We'll see. Maybe a sappy poem will do. Or I could watch one of those pretty scenic DVDs Eric brought home last week. Very soothing. Hmm...
