A: I would say Archer, but since we have seen his childhood scenes (making it quite impossible) I have to say Hoshi (I think she was the one who misspelled "Romulan", isn't she?)

FTL travel. It is, unfortunately, scientifically impossible to travel at "Warp speed"

Question: Who's your favorite "bimbo of the week"? Any series.

Re the question before, I would have said Sim's ability to remember everything Trip did, but that's an error I can live with as a viewer.

Favorite bimbo - Ardra in TNG. My husband and I still like to quote her to each other: "I'll give you a night that will live in your dreams until the day you die."

Stalled with the questions!

Let's see, another easy one to get us going again...?

Q: Who would win in an unarmed battle between T'Pol and Warf?

Hey! Don't start with me! That's just imprecision of language. The fact that they actually used a word proposed in a physical publication about FTL (warp), as opposed to crap like "hyperdrive" and "hyperspace" and "star drive" and "jump drive" and all that, that's all made up. Someone actually once called an FTL capable drive a warp drive, before star trek.

/rant :)

A: In an unarmed battle, probably Worf. It would probably be close on simple Vulcan-vs-Klingon grounds, but you have to look at their strengths and weaknesses. In unarmed combat, a person with more blunt force strengh is going to have the advantage, whereas, independent of their skills with them, if they had basic bladed weapons, T'Pol would have an advantage based on the observation that Vulcans are probably faster and more agile than Klingons and could take advantage of that and strike a series of non-lethal blows, wearing down the opponent. In unarmed combat though, I think Worf would have the upper hand because you can't exactly wear down your opponent with weak attacks hand-to-hand.

Don't mean to sound sexist, but also given that in Human and Klingon physiology, the male is generally stronger than the female, so you might see a closer contest between a Vulcan male and a Klingon male, or a Klingon female and a Vulcan female. If you said T'Pol and Kheylar, I might call it a draw.

Q: Trip: Coors, Bud, MGD or import?

Trip's always struck me as a Bud man. I don't see him as an import guy, unless he's having a Guinness with Malcolm. (of course, Anheuser-Busch's been bought out, but...)

If you had a private replicator in your crew cabin, what would you program in it? (Coffee? Beer? Tea? Chocolate?)

Oooh!! Good one.

A: I couldn't pick one thing, if I can have more than one. But if I could only have one, I'd have to say... I'm a simple man like Trip... Prime rib cut, baked potato, broccoli :D

Q: If T'Pol were to like a specific kind of Earth cuisine, what kind do you think it would be? I'm thinking along the lines of "Italian, Cajun, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, etc". I guess you could say "Americana" but that's BBQ, so I don't think that would work :D

Hmm, this might not be what you had in mind, but I can see T'Pol liking macrobiotic food.

Question: If you could add just one fact to ENT canon, what would it be?

A lengthy marriage for TnT, I guess.

What's your favorite Trek alien?

In answer to the ENT canon one:

Trip and T'Pol did it like bunnies... every day.

I dare you to disagree!

But I'll leave the question from the previous answer to stand.

I've always been partial to Klingons. They're amusing, and beasts in the sack (according to Warf anyway). 8)

On that note, Trek-verse alien species you'd like to bed?

I have a question first: What the heck is 'macrobiotic' food?! :wtf:

And an answer to 'what would you change in trek canon': Malcolm's disposition.

I always thought he was too soft, should have been harder to be in the job he was. Especially with that british accent, it wouldn't have been hard to pull off a calculating, methodical, even somewhat cold individual with a frightening 'duty-bound' trail of bodies from his Section 31 days. That and it would serve my FF-writing purposes quite well . But it would just make MORE SENSE.

A: I would have to say either a Vulcan (female), or a Klingon-Human hybrid (hehehehe, heeeey B'Elannaaaaaa, hehehehe). Of course Orions are probably absolute professionals in the sack, something about the quiet power of a Vulcan woman does it for me. OOooh, or a Trill. Ooooooh, or a betazoid! Or Romulan. Sorry, I can't decide..... You know what I was just thinking is that there hasn't been a Romulan sex symbol yet. I bet there will be one in Trek XI

Q: If Picard was gonna settle down, which one of his women do you think it would have been?
I was alwasy rooting for Vash, actually.

Crusher, damn it. Besides, Vash could never settle down with a cranky old starship captain.

If you could change a ST regular to the opposite sex, which would it be and why?

Seven of Nine.

Think about it. If they did the same thing with a male actor that they did with Jeri Ryan...gratuitously tight clothing, every female character drooling over him, nonsensical plots designed to show off his physique to best effect. He'd have ended up with Janeway, not Chakotay...her boy toy.
