That's funny! The same joke has been told over here as well!

I'll admit I'm a bit biased here. It's a matter of national pride since Elin Nordegren is Swedish. And c'mon, she's quite a hottie! Why even the need to go elsewhere?

Before this I quite liked Tiger Woods. He seemed like a real nice, private guy not prone to the usual celebrity excesses. T'was maybe too good to be true. :(

Like I asked my mom, did the man even LOOK at his wife? I don't understand, she just had their second child. Seriously men or women, something breaks in them when they cheat. It's not that I think it's worse when a man cheats I most certainly DO NOT, but looking at Mr. Woods' wife and seeing some of his alleged paramores I gotta ask... How can some men do that? Same thing with the Govenor of South Carolina his wife even in middle age, was a stone cold fox! How do some men become so blind?

They're searching for something that goes way deeper than just sex. They're looking for ways to fulfill needs in the wrong places. It's a form of self-destruction and a fear of facing the truth of their underlying problems. Instant gratification that will only end up causing more heartache all the way around... an abuse of power...

I am not condoning it but I do understand it a bit. woods, like so many celebraties (male) has had women throw themselves at him constantly. It takes one Hell of a strong man to stand up to that. Too much temptation. I will bet that Tiger held out as long as he could. BUT he is a human male. It is instintive for a male to be wired to mate and create babies. Survival of the species so to speak.

It cuts both ways. women cheat too. for reasons of their own. Nothing takes the joy out of life faster than to be making love to a female and have her say "My Husband is terribly jealous and suspicious." Husband? Get up grab clothes and out the window you know he is standing outside the door witha gun in his hand. Except you are in your own apartment.

So, I cannot say I condemn Tiger I understand why but I dont conone it either.

Sorry but I've known people who cheat and they were not looking for deeper things they just wanted sex. I don't get it. As for women throwing themselves at powerful men, um....... yes you're right, and you're also wrong. It's only as hard to resist as you make it. If you're saying "poor me I'm married and I can't have them" then you're already setting yourself up for trouble. Look at Paul Newman and Joann Woodward. That man admitted that until he decided he wasn't missing out on anything, it was hard to stay faithful. Hence his first marriage ended. But he chose to decide I'm not missing out on ANYTHING. And his second marriage was a success.

Gratuitous sex is generally symbolic of a certain kind of behavior (self-destructiveness, trying to fulfill unmet needs...which might even have more to do with the past then the present) which represents something else in that person other than just the act itself. If they are just wanting sex and it has an addictive quality to it, it more than likely means something deeper is at play. I've read online that Tiger Woods is a "sex addict", which essentially means nothing. The real question being why does he display this type of behavior? It isn't merely just for pleasant sensations. There are always reasons behind the behavior. Just my opinion about it, of course. I don't by any means think what he did is justifiable. I was just trying to understand his motivations.

I understand. I'm just saying that some people don't have deeper meanings for destructive behavior other than they like it. I wouldn't presume to specify an individual, certainly never one I didn't know personally. I'm just saying some people enjoy destructive behavior and that's why they do it.

Bones was GREAT last night! Emily Deschanel ia amazing, as is sister Zooey. I cannot for the life of me understand why that entire cast never is nominated for anything.

So right!
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.
