Thanks to everyone for the positive vibes and prayers. They must have worked because the path results were benign. The surgeon says he'll watch it instead of taking it out. My extreme gratitude to all of you for your support.

I have not been on the board much lately and did not know Distracted had a scare over her health! But I am so glad that there is good news now! May your good health continue!

My alopecia (patchy hairloss due to an immune disorder) is going crazy and over the past couple of day about 1/2 of the hair on the back of my head has fallen out. I should be grateful that the front & sides aren't too bad right now and that I can still hide it pretty well, AND of course, I know it's only hair and it'll probably grow back, but I am still extremely upset over this. The medicine I use to stimulate it to grow back is expensive, the shots I get into my scalp to do the same hurt like crazy and I am soooooo tired of this whole thing day after day for the past three years. When we go on vacation I have to ask my husband to put on my medicine and apply the stuff to cover my bald patches for me. I hate having to do that and he's not exactly the most understanding person about this whole thing. AND of course, no swimming for me.
I was in remission for 20 years.
