Michael got sick unexpectedly at school today...throwing up and everything. Had to pick him up early. Sarah is being very fussy and has a slight temp. Will take both kids to ped. tomorrow morning.

DH in England and Belgium this week. Left yesterday, won't be back till THIS Sunday. So I'm alone with the kids.

Can I have some words of encouragement? Thanks. I'm going insane.

Sounds to me like it's time to call in reinforcements. You have a Mom/friends?/relatives? Anyone from whom you can call in a favor? Poor LadyRainbow. Poor little sick babies.

The docs think Michael has the same stomach bug that's been going around lately. He tends to refuse to eat or drink when he's really sick, so he can get really dehydrated. (He's autistic, so he's not like "neurotypical" kids). We've already been in the hospital twice in a couple of years because of dehydration, so I tend to get paranoid about that. Luckily, he's been feeling better and drinking water and juice.

No relatives in the area, and the one person who the kids are willing to be with has her in-laws coming in tomorrow...from Spain.
