AHHH!!!!! *HAPPY JUMP*

I'm here at work (an economics journal) and at the bottom of a perfectly normal paper proposal relating to the financial crisis:

PS: I'm taking a wild guess that you are also the same Ann [N.] who
loves Star Trek: Enterprise enough to have written new stories about it,
and that is impossibly cool. If so then Qapla'.

This is almost as good as Escriba making a movie trailer.

Well, JT, I guess this proves there is more to life than financial crisis, right?

You're right Linda, that's what it proves. Sorry people, false alarm. I'm not actually famous, just googlable. I forgot that I "came out" at another website. LOL . . . oh well, it was still fun. He does say that "Enterprise was hands down the best of the Star Trek series." Well, duh! And he also knows a lot about the regulation of credit rating agencies. lol . . .

This reminds me of another recent incident. I was recently friended on facebook by a college boyfriend, who (this fits) is a math professor/computer genius. We went to a VERY christian college. He used to be an OS fan, back when that was all there was. So we are chatting and he gave a decent critique of Enterprise, saying it didn't have as many far-out sci fi elements as the other series, then he surprises me by saying, "but it did have the Trip and T'Pol hotness going for it."

Eeeee!! Fame!

(I had to pop over to the author listing to see whether you write lots of NC-17 fic... I suspect it would be a little more traumatizing if someone wrote "hey, don't you write porn online?" at the bottom of a work report!)

You must now wear this shirt at all times: http://www.printmojo.com/textees/Store/Product.php?ProductID=6063.

-- Little Red, who is pretty delighted that random non-fic-writing humans think that writing fanfic is now "impossibly cool!"
