Hey, I'm retiring the end of this week from my IT job and going to start working full time on my writing! 
April fool. I have to work four more years to pay off the mortgage on my house and boat before I can retire. Darn. I am soooo ready not to get up at 4:30 am and not get back home until 6:15 pm. 
And at lunch today I have to work on a lesson plan for a safe boating course I am teaching to a class of 12 year olds this weekend. No rest for the wicked it seems!

I got fooled a lot worse today. Someone actually convinced me they wanted a nooner over lunch until they were like "that was an april fools day joke, btw", I was all "..... I KNEW THAT!"

It's the APRIL FOOL'S THREAD and I totally fell for that. Was going to look up "House" to see when it aired. Hey, if he got killed, it'd totally be believable.
