What's an FOID? Firearms Ownership Identification Card? Just a guess. I'm not sure you can own it in Illinois...but maybe.

I'd check on the 30 rd magazine, the pistol grip and/or the threaded barrel. Those are the things most commonly banned in states like NY, CA, IL, MA, PA.
