I know I keep disappearing...

... between a sinus infection that kicked the @$#$ out of me from November to March (moral of the story: go to a specialist, if you can! My GP didn't even connect the fatigue and fainting from Dec-February to an infection and was testing me for everything under the earth. The otholaryngologist caught it in 1 visit. One month of antibiotics later and I was good), a trip to India, recital and competition season, and overall shame for having disappeared, I, well, disappeared!
But, I finally found the half-written Natalie sequel story whose disappearance had created my major TnT writer's block so, I'm back on finishing that and hopefully will be back on the boards again more regularly.

I had that one summer. I had no idea what was wrong with me. I had a constant headache and was exhasted and kept feeling like if I just take a nap, I'll wake up and feel better, but no amount of sleep would help. Hardly any other symptoms. There is a homeopathic treatment for sinuses (which I didn't even know I had until this happened to me): You use a Waterpik attachment or a "nose pot" to pump or pour salt water through your sinuses. It sounds horrible and is actually quite refreshing. Whenever I feel this problem coming on I return to the nose washing practice. Use luckwarm water that is about as salty as tears. TMI? Well, it will be worth it to know if it happens to you one day.
OH! And Welcome back!

Awwww... thank you all for the welcome back!
JT, I remember my grandmom using a nettie pot! There was a point in the sinus infection misery that we discussed going to one of those places that clear your sinuses out with water that has sulfur and/or salt in it. As I've been coughing and runny-nosed again for the past two weeks, it might be time for me to try that before running to my doc.
I missed everyone!
