Just got back from levine's Children's Hospital. Banshee Girl went through anaesthesia and test OK. I was with her when they put her to sleep and when she woke up in recovery.

Good news: the hole in her heart is partially closed on its own. Bad news: her heart is now enlarged and asymmetrical because of the extra work it's had to do to pump blood around her body. Cardiologist meets w/pediatric surgeons on Thurs. He'll let me know Fri. if surgery still needed (50/50 chance).
