Happy birthday! Ah to be young again, but at 30 I thought I was old. Now that I am twice that age, it seems very young indeed, LOL.

Awww! Thanks guys!
I've had a nice day. Went to work in the a.m. for about 5 hours, but Priso came in with wee 2 yr old Abby at lunch and took me to a yummy restaurant across the street for veggie burgers and yam fries. And "deeeep-deeeeeeep" as Abby puts it. (Which is Baby for "dip-dip" which is Baby for "ketchup").
Spent the shift calling patients in our "haven't seen them in a coon's age" file, and of course, as it is a denture clinic, a good whack of them are dead. Nothing like making you feel like you're aging than calling people who have died of old age on your birthday. But since I am so young at heart, it didn't bother me. (much.)

Ages ago, there was discussion re Twilight about about how odd it was to have a male character who was so very very very virtuous that he couldn't bear the thought of sullying the relationship with sex. And I made some comment about how Edward was all, "
I can't do it! It's rowng! FOOOOOORKS!" And then I live right near Forks, and it's all rainy and foresty and stuff, but it's not
quite as dangerous and primeval and vampirey as you might think after reading the book, and so often I have added a "FOOOOOOOORKS!" to things regarding the weather or what have you, and it snowballed.
