Anyone can confirm or deny the rumor that there are new Firefly programs showing Sunday night 8PM on the SciFi channel? I know, I should just google, but I wasn't getting a quick answer.

And since new programs are very unlikely, I should add that the old programs are awesome. Maybe the next best thing to Enterprise, IMHO. Sadly there was less than one season.

I heard the buzz about him saying he'd do it again - and some of the writers were independently asked if they'd be interested in working on it again and they said yes, but as far as I know there hasn't been any expression of production or broadcast interest. That's the real question right there, unfortunately.

I hadn't heard about the Science Channel buying the syndication rights, though. Maybe.... just maybe, it's a chance for someone to watch how it does and see they get a good feel for its continued profitability.

Well, I'm still devestated about losing TSCC. Oh well, if we could get a couple of Firefly/Serenity TV movies I'd be happy!
