In case anyone is interested, Russell Watson (the guy who sang the theme song for Enterprise), has been seriously ill lately. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7065499.stm

I was never a big fan of the theme tune but it always had good associations for me.

I am sad anyone connected with ST production is ill. I thought they could have done better with choosing an opening theme and I liked the theme they played for the credits at the end of the ENT episodes. But stll, I wish the guy well in the easing of his health problems.

I was really sorry to hear that Ray Watson had to have another brain tumor removed. He's out of the I.CU. and was visted by his wife & daughters and was talking to them in the last update I read about him. He's got along road ahead him when it comes to his recovery. I wish him all the best for him & his family.

I liked the theme too. I always did ...and I was startled that I, apparently, was alone in this.

Liked it less after they disco-fied it and gave it that saucy beat in season 2 or whatever.

It took me a while to get used to, but now I really like it.

Maybe we should send him a get-well card.

The theme really grew on me, and I ended up really liking it (especially after hearing the full-length version).

Sadly, I can't say the same about the ending credits. "Archer's Theme" is amazing... until the electric guitar kicks in. Then, the composer loses me.
