Soooo I forgot how to submit chapters...

It's been a while, like probably a year, but I decided to start writing again. However, during my writing hiatus my brain forgot how to post chapters on this site 
. I think I'm supposed to email someone, but I can't remember. I looked around a bit, but couldn't find a link explaining.
