Can anyone help, sound clip/video clip

Can anyone please help me, I need like a good quality sound clip or the video clip of Riker saying "computer, end program" in *the_abomination*. Um it's for a parody don't worry, I didn't become a fan of that... thing 
like I have all of season 4 including the Abomination but it's like low quality ~47mb/ep files so the sound is really bad not clean.
Um BTW does anyone know a good site with Trek sound files where I can also find like a clean red alert sound? Though I'm sure I have like a red alert and other Trek sound effects somewhere in my millions of zip files. Now if I could only find it.
