I just noticed. Evcake's birthday is the day after Christmas, too. Happy Birthday, Evcake!!

I hope you get REAL birthday presents wrapped in REAL birthday paper. Don't you just hate it when you get a present wrapped in Christmas paper and the giver says "Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas!"? Grrrr. Drives me nuts.

Mostly that doesn't happen any more, but when you're a kid...grrrr is right.

Well, there was always a cake of some kind...my mom was kind of an "experimental" cook. I remember one that she frosted with soft-serve ice cream.

What didn't happen was birthday parties - everone was exhausted.

No, I think what it means is that you put in the year of your birth when you entered your info. I, on the other hand, am still self conscious about being over 40 and omitted my birth year. A toast to your honesty, my dear!

My hubby told me at lunchtime today that when he told his nurses it was my birthday today, they were teasing him, saying... "And she's 29 and holding, right?" He said he told them, "No, she's not 29. She just looks that way." Awww. What can you do with a man like that? He's definitely a keeper. : D
