Are there enough House fans to justify a thread?

I'm a House fan. JT's a House fan.

HOUSE FANS! ASSSEMBLE!!!!

Sorry. It's been a weird day. Did I mention I've been reading House/Cameron fanfiction too? They call it... *snicker*... "Hameron". :?

Still... Now that I'm in Season 4 I'm getting very irritated. It's like early season 4 was for Trip and T'Pol only add in Trip going out with someone and T'Pol not being in most of the episodes. (In my construction Trip is Cameron and T'Pol is House, seems to fit doesn't it? )

So out of the House fans here, how many are House/Cameron shippers and how many just think House is too much of a jerk to ever admit he has feelings for her even if he does?

One thing that has pissed me off is that House never liked anyone - womanwise - and so it made it all the more significant if he liked Cameron. Because he's emotionally as closed off as Chernobyl... he won't let anybody NEAR him. Now, in S4, between the Antarctic chick played by Mira Sorvino, the CIA chick, and even to some degree 13 - he's becoming even superficially interested in tons of women! It's not fair!

Though, if my Trip/Cameron, T'Pol/House construction works, and just like T'Pol pushed away Trip (as House did Cameron), then if things are going to heat up again, it's going to be up to House (as it was T'Pol) to go after Cameron (Trip, Bound).

*sigh* I'm gonna eat something.

Personally, I want House to keep acting like and a-hole, and I enjoy it when someone stands up to him. Therefore I want House to remain single. That's the only believable scenario--he'd be impossible for anyone to a relationship with. He cant even be decent to Wilson, though in the fourth season, Wilson has finally found a backbone, which I like.

Still, I found the House/ex-wife pairing interesting.

But he had a wife at one time, he was in love at one time... it's kind of a character assymetry to say he's incapable of it now... unless you attribute it to his leg. But most people say he's the same person he was before his leg.

I'm a big House fan as well. It seems like the heat has turned up between him and Cuddy to me, but he may very well have the best chemistry of all with Wilson. It's guy chemistry, but still there. Funny how Wilson is always analyzing him and he's always dead on. I love watching all of the interactions. Too funny. House may be a real jerk, but what a great character. Extremely complex and interesting. My favorite show right now.

Hmm . . . good point, both of you. Yes, House was in love at one time. Hmmm . . .

And maybe I'm actually a House/Wilson shipper. Cause you're right, Bether. They are the most interesting relationship on the show.

Yeah, I'm just mad that they've replaced Cameron, Foreman and Chase. I mean they're still on the show but they're not on his team. It's like the SG1-Season9 thing or the X-Files Season 9 thing. Grrr...

I didn't think I liked Chase... now I miss him too!

Foreman isn't that interesting anymore... idk. I think bringing Cameron back into the spotlight would be really neat because it seems that her decision to quit House has really matured her. Almost like she's now ready to treat him as an emotional equal. She's gotten beyond the obsession to please. She jabs him, tells him to screw off, plays tricks on him. I think House could probably respect her more as a partner now that she has grown up quite a bit.

BTW, did yall know that Jennifer Morrison (Dr. Alison Cameron) is cast as Winona Kirk? :D

Is that Kirk's mom or sister? Eh... probably not old enough to be his mother... Anyone know?

I think Jennifer is playing Kirk's Mother.

How in the hell do they plan to pull that off... she's like 25. Kirk's gonna be 20'ish. She'd have to be 39... Man... brings all new meaning to a certain "M" word

Correction: She's 28 IRL. Still Kirk would have to be at least 25-30. That really makes 39 the lower limit and 49 the upper limit.
