Bnb. It's illegal to shoot fireworks where I am. That means we generally only have to put up with them in the dark.

Naw, I don't live in the boonies Dis. I am in the middle of a city. But I don;'t live in the hi-rent districts where the police cars cruise by on a regular basis and people actually pay attention to things like fireworks laws, and drug laws, and gun laws, etc. So we have been having our own private fireworks displays, day and night, for the last month. But they have really taken off in force and intensity over the last week. Over the course of the last three days especially, some of the neighbors have put on rocket displays that are honestly more impressive that those tighwads downtown were willing to pay for.

It's illegal to have fireworks here too. But I'm sure that if it weren't it wouldn't be heard over the noise from all the bars and loud drunkies outside anyway.
