That is really wonderful. Your guide seems like she enjoys what she does. I hate hate when I'm traveling and the guide doesn't like being a guide. She was very pretty too. The private eye sign was a nice touch, but ouch! It's a funny picture but I feel sorry for the people that need or feel they need to call. It's sad.

Extremely exhausted. Especially considering that apart from a maye three hours sleep on the plane back, I didn't sleep for 32 hours from my last day there to when I got back home.

Press junket, although about half the things we did could be more considered like a vacation.

Not at all. They're quite open about relations with the mainland nowadays.

Amazing pictures Kevin thanks for posting them. A long time ago my Brotheri n law went to Japanon a business trip and his photos of ancient Temples and shrines look similar in design in the pictures you posted here.
