Enterprikayak, your house dealings sound like a nightmare. :roll: Why are people even looking at a two bedroom, one bathroom house when they only want a three bedroom, two bath house? When Jim and I were house hunting we only looked at places that met our basic requirements because even then we got so tired of looking at places that just did not feel right even though they had the basic things we wanted? :doubt: Good luck with future offers, I hope you make a real sale soon.
Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.

You know, looking at that, it's hard to see how someone thought, "Say, if we make small fluffy toys vaguely based on these creatures, they'll be cute and kids will love them!"

Although black bears are a far cry better than grizzlies, I still wouldn't want one in my yard.

Okay, testing a photo for future use for member birthdays. I forgot I had this one from a convention a couple of years ago. From the angle, I am not sure the "Happy Birthday" is legible, so here goes:

Can you read the "Happy Birthday"? It seems almost legible...
