Great photo!

Um, don't take this the wrong way :guffaw:,

but :guffaw:

since I've only seen you in the flesh (lots of flesh actually!)
dressed as MU T'Pol
with a whole, y'know,
"drag-Johnny-Slave-down-the-aisle" thing planned,

well...in this picture,

to me....:guffaw:

...you kind of look like a crazy star trek fan, playing doctor. :guffaw:

(This is just what popped into my head after I thought, "Oh what a nice picture" and then made it a bit bigger so I could see your face, and suddenly this thought appeared in my mind. "Dear God! What is that crazy T'Pol lady doing to that innocent student??")

Sorry   :guffaw:

I actually never wear my hair down unless I'm in costume for something. It gets in the way. Some day when I'm old and arthritic I'll have to cut it all off, but for now it's kinda fun. Easy, too. I can practically french braid in my sleep.

Which proves you're a busy mom with a career. Although my sister can do hair in her sleep too, but that's because she does it for a living. Me it's an occasion when I even take the time to blow my hair out. But really you look good, especially because of the angle that photo was taken.

Me too. My hair was to my knees before I cut it off and i could french braid it in two minutes. It's a very handy skill that anyone with shoulder length hair can learn.

I can literally say I have had every length of hair, from knee length to buzz cut (which I gone and done misself last year with my walmart clippers) and every colour from jet black to brown to red to light blonde.

No rainbow colours though. Not because I'm not into that, but because my hair grows too fast, and I would just have to redo it every six weeks, and hot pink touchups just sound like a bit of a hassle.

There. The history of my hair, just in case any o' you's were dying to know. :guffaw:

I buzzed my hair almost two years ago for medical reasons, now is almost halfway down my back. I hope no other medical stuff happens so I can finally have the long hair I've wanted since I was a baby.

Bizarre hair color was very 'in' the year I lived in Britain. So was henna.

As a result, the dorm showers often got stained the most peculiar colors.

(For that matter even the old ladies had odd colors of rinses in their silver hair.)

Hey, I'm happy just to have hair! I have alopecia areata, which is an immune disorder that causes patchy hairloss. It was in remission for 20 years, then came back three years ago with a vengence. Right now it's not too bad, but sometimes it can be a real pain in the butt.

Anyway - we just got back from a lovely trip to Union Pier Michigan. A friend of ours has a cottage right near the beach! We and 5 other families had a really great time!

Wow, Aikiweekie, your family looks like a younger version of mine. You have three boys close in age? Very nice looking family. :)

Oh, no, JustTripin, only the red head is mine! He's an only child. That's why it's so nice that we can go on vacations with our friends, who have children close to Steven's age.

DELICIOUS IMAGES! They inspire serenity and gaiety.
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.
