My favorite chicken is this portobello mushroom chicken dish they serve at a local steak place (their steaks are ... mediocre). I think its grilled, not fried. Very tasty though.

My sis has 3 acres in the semi-country, and several Rhode Island Red-type hens and a huge, horrible BSL rooster. She gets huge, delicious brown eggs. Lots of them.
