I still find it hard to imagine how you guys grow anything out there where there're all those trees and hills. The prairie always made more sense to me for growing food.

WHAT?! lol. You oughta see Missouri... we have tons and tons of farm land and it's all rolling hills and forests n shit.

Well all these Trees grow here for a reason. Those two feilds I posted the pics of, Last year they both grew corn with out any fertilizer, an one of them grew corn with out even being planted. Corn picker had a hole in it, an left a nice trail of corn Kernals as I cleared the field late last spring. An in the other feild that we did plant, The corn had been so thick in spots that you couldnt walk through it, an it was still taller then the tractor's cab.

Pluss something thats both an advantage, an a dissadvantage would be the springs. Their all over the freakin place. You could litterly throw a rock in any direction an probably have it land in a spring. Its a Real pain in the ass in a wet year, or heck even during a normal year. But on dry years Watch out, things will grow then. Our Best crops have always been grown during drought years.

Ive been through Arkansas, an into Texas. An that was way to much flatness for me in my life time thank you. Id fall asleep if I had to work a tractor through anything that flat an strait. I like land that can keep me alert.

I figured he was burly and manly looking, and the haircut wasn't a surprise. For some reason, though, I also thought he was probably African-American. Maybe it was the pseudonym and the man's tendency to say precisely what he means. I think JZK is right, though. That face on a Klingon body with some nice head ridges would make a super-cool Klingon!
