Back then, we asked him how he did it and I think he said he had a toy and held it sideways and drew it. We used to call him our "little photocopier." I wrote the kid's ages (or grade) on the backs of the pictures, that's how I know the age.

First snowstorm of the year for us, and rather significant in the amount of snow expected - maybe over a foot! (Right now it's around 5 inches.)

Any of you warm-climate people jealous yet? Distracted? TPoptarts?

No jealousy here, dear. I'm a warm weather girl. I'd love it if it were over 80 degrees year round. Snow is pretty, but I wouldn't want to live in it. 8)

We have 4 inches of snow. I haven't taken any photos and I am glad I covered the rose bushes in hay already. They were still in bloom, well 2 buds were still trying.

I would like some photos, Linda.
I love snow. :)
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

We have like a tree lighting ceremony outside every year on like December 6th and they bring some snow to celebrate. :p When I lived with my parents sometimes we'd have some snow not a lot though and like rarely, well though one year it was really really heavy. And I liked to play in the snow  like especially instead of school. :p  But I wouldn't wanna live where it's that cold like all winter. Hell I'm in SoCal and wearing 4 layers already :?

Hey you guys, warm weather people CAN adjust to this climate. My parrot has adjusted to 68 degrees that we keep our house in during the winter. Of course, he has down underwear, like all birds.

Here's the Christmas tree outside (it's not a real tree, just like a tall cone stand with fake branches on it)

Our little doggie Leila with her Christmas present last year. It was so funny. She was the first one up. She woke us up by running into our room with that stuffed candy cane in her mouth, beside herself with excitement. She had found her present where we left it under the stockings and knew it was hers. Our grown up boys just keep sleeping. LOL! Somehow the dog knew it was Christmas and she was THRILLED with that toy. Held onto it most of the day. Ripped it apart that afternoon.
