Re: What are you...
Spent a night on the boat with my thirteen year old grandson, Dylan. He wanted one more overnight on the boat before it is hauled out of the water by the crane and put on its cradle for the winter. His voice is changing, getting deeper and he is now two inches taller than me. He picked the movie "The Core" to watch when we took my laptop and plugged it into the shorepower connected to the boat. We took extra blankets because it got down to forty degrees that night and we only have a small portable heater we took aboard. My husband opted to stay in our warm house. Smart man. Dylan picked the movie because he is starting to like Jolene Blalock after seeing my Enterprise DVDs. He sat there wrapped in his blanket and sipping mint tea with his nose a few inches from the screen. You men on this site - I think this was a male rite of passage, for it seems another Jolene fan has joined you!

Re: What are you...
Jolene Blalock isn't in "The Core", Hilary Swank is.

LOL. He's thirteen. She's female. Does it matter?

LOL, Well HE thought it was Jolene. And I was not watching the movie, I was falling asleep. But I did watch him watching the movie for a minute, rolled over so the light would not bother me, pulled up my blanket and went to sleep. It kinda looked like Jolene to me too, for the little I glanced at the screen. I hope he does ot start asking me questions about sex, that is his fathers department. But if he feels comfortable enough to talk about it with me, I will just have to talk to him about it. Come to think of it, when I was a kid, my youngest brother came to me to discuss whether what he was hearing from kids at school was right or not. There is an eight year difference between me and my brother and I was a sort of a surrogate mother to him. Our parents left books on sex for us in our rooms instead of talking to us about it. The books were kinda dry, didnt answer all of our guestions.

Re: What are you...
"guess-tions" That sounds about right!
This is a little off-topic, but I have to tell you a funny story. This happened to one of my friends years ago, when her preschooler daughter was watching her baby brother get his diaper changed. The little girl commented, "Boys have peanuts, but girls have giants."
So much for that silly theory about the p**s envy!

Well, I've always thought that there is a resemblance between Jolene and Hilary Swank. And Angelina Jolie for that matter. They should have the three of them play sisters in a movie...
Of course Jolene is the hottest one!

She's got an awfully nice bum!

Watching: Stealth. Some serious problems with the movie, but Ms. Biel looks fantastic. And the planes looked really cool too.

Sitting next to a purry, cuddly cat watching Enterprise(she's normally not a lap cat, but I think that Connor's voice has lulled her into a happy state). If I forget to pet her during commercials, though, she gets peevy.
