Watching season 1 of Scarecrow & Mrs. King on dvd.
Re: What are you...
Watching: The 13th Warrior, one of my all-time favorites. I may buy it just so I can see the fire-serpent over and over.
Making: earrings - 200 pair by mid-November.

Re: What are you...
Watching: Harbinger (on Sci-Fi, even though I have the DVD). I don't care how many times I watch it, this episode amuses me to no end. not counting the TnT parts, I loooooooove the fight between Malcolm and Hayes.
Waiting: For the latest Pottercast to finish loading on iTunes. Yay Pottercast!
Eating: Nothing! Food is currently evil. (oooohhhhh.... Maria's Homemade Ravioli [local store] commercial. Craving ravioli... mmmm)
Reading: Still finishing up Jane Austen's Emma, and in parallel, flipping through my copy of the Regency House Party series companion (if it ever comes back on PBS, give it a try. That was a fun experiment to watch). I wish that we had done more here in the US beyond "Frontier House"-- it's neat to see modern people devolve into the roles and structures as dictated by earlier societies.

Re: What are you...
Reading some mystery short stories, now that I have made an attempt to dip my pen into the genre. This book: "The World's Finest Myster and Crime Stories, third annual collection". Some of the stories are so short they are vignettes. Trying to see how the masters of the genre do it!
Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.

Linda I love reading mystery stories once you're hooked you can't get enough of them.

Watching: "Beauty and the Geek"
Okay, so I know a LOT about comic books and a LOT about fashion and sewing. Does that make me:
a) A Geeky Beauty
b) A Beautiful Geek
c) A well-rounded Geek
or
d) Normal
d, of course. Doesn't everyone know who Diana Prince and John Galiano are?
Edited to add: Sadly, my last trip to France had one of my co-workers calling me "Jeek-girl" (he couldn't remember how to say "geek" in English and this was the closest he got) the entire time all because I had my little video cam and i-pod. I didn't even break out the Trek stuff.

Ohhhh.... dear

(If you're not kidding... Diana Prince is Wonder Woman's alter-ego and John Galiano is a famous designer who, I learned last night, also inspired the "costumes" for Miami Vice. But I know you're just kidding, right? It's just as if I said "Doesn't everyone know who Dick Grayson and Donatella Versace are?")

Donatella took over the Versace fashion house after her brother's murder.
It's been a long time, but I think I recognise Robin's alter ego.
Donald Blake and Zandra Rhodes?
