I got my complete Space: 1999 DVD set last Friday and I've been watching some episodes. I know it's very hokey and has atrocious "science" but it has nostalgic value for me. Besides, those Eagle shuttles still look way cool! 8)

Yeah, both seasons. And they never aired the second one here in Sweden so I have yet to actually see that.

I'd love to add it to my collection, but it's pretty expensive, even used. Sigh.

Watching: one of my Christmas presents: Final Fantasy Advent Children.
It came in one of those deluxe sets with a lot stuff wasted on me...postcard, a little novelization, and the script. As with most anime, the plot doesn't make much sense, but it truly is beautiful.

Making: a necklace of African beads and silver for a friend whose favorite color is green...

Yeah my dad's seen it about 804 times. But it was the first time I'd seen it straight through. I'd only seen like the part where the AF Col dies and a few parts when they're raiding places.
